Academy and Council Tax

I would appreciate feedback from Empty Property Officers that use Academy software for Council Tax read only access to data.  I need to establish evidence of system in place to lobby this Council to provide me with information.  If any one wishes to call my office number is 01258 484377 Jo Rickman.

Academy

 Hi Jo,

yes here in Luton we have full access to Academy. Read only obviously!, but very useful.

I also have access to FLARE, which is widely used, this is the system used by Environmental Health teams to record actions they take on properties.

I have had read-only access

I have had read-only access to Academy for Council Tax info since the start of this year, which I find invaluable.   This saves the time of Council Tax staff, who would otherwise need to answer my enquiries.   A previous manager had been unwilling to give me this access, but a new manager was much more relaxed about this.
