Hi,

I'm looking for stats on how often EDMOs and CPOs and/or enforced sale are used on empty homes in England/Wales.  Are there any national annual reports I can access or failing that can anybody give me a snapshot of how often they've used these powers in their own council so I can provide some examples?  This is to feed into a report Edinburgh Council officers are preparing to try to get approval to set up their own approach to empty homes.

Any info would be very helpful.
