Empty Homes - Customer Service Surveys

Dear All,

I would like to know if other local authorities are conducting any kind of customer service surveys into the performance of their Empty Homes Service? I wanted to get a general feel of what was being done in terms of feedback/questionnaires etc, as we are currently reviewing our own customer service assessment options for the Empty Homes team in Derby.

Customer satisfaction

Yes here in Birmingham we are conducting afull customer satisafction with empties we have adapted our forms to ensure that both the owner of the empty and the neighbours or whoever else has been involved in the cases are sent aquestionnaire .
