Empty Homes "Score Sheet"

Hi

Does anybody have a risk assessment type scoring sheet that they can share with me in order that we can rate long-term empties.

Score sheet

We have one - recycled from an original from Leeds (I think - it was a while ago now).  You can change the categories / weighting as per your local priorities. 

How do you insert a file on here though?

Hi Emma

You can add things yourself (if logged in) using Add a Library Item

Or I can do it for you if you send to me.

If you add yourself, you'll have to tag the forrm. I tagged it with "empty homes strategy" under issues and "form" under document type.
