Enforced Sales - S79 notices
We recently had a fantastic presentation about the enforced sales procedure and issuing S79 notices instead of S215 which isn't the first charge when enforcing a sale.
Just wondered if anyone else is issuing S79 notices and have any examples of 'ruinous and dilapidated buildings' to share.

Enforced Sales
Building Control have been difficult to persuade in serving a s79 Notice - so we have been using s76 Defective and Nuisance Premises which sits with Environmental Health. Can send you some example copies of Notices of s76 if you like.
