Financial Assistance - some advice

We are considering offering Financial Assistance to empty property owners.  Although there was a similar scheme run in the past, we plan to apply new qualification criteria whilst, obviously, aiming to return to use as many as possible empty properties from our priority list. 

 

Has anyone got any experience/suggestions from any schemes they have been involved with?

I will e-mail you a summary of our Empty Homes Assistance.   Unlike some Councils' policies, it does not stipulate letting to Council nominees.
