I am preparing some materials on Freedom of Information and Data Protection.

I would be very keen to hear of any experiences you have had with either of these directly in relation to your day-to-day work. I am not talking about the council being asked for lists of empty homes under FOI but maybe an  FOI request about your own empty homes activities; or issues that have arisen for you under data protection legislation.
