Multiple CPO Documentation Request
At Luton I have carried out our first CPO in respect of an Empty Home. Emboldened by such a success, I now hope to run 5 or more properties at a time through the CPO system.
To avoid re-inventing the wheel... would anyone be so kind as to send to me an example of how you should word your "Statement of Reasons" so that you may use multiple Empty Home addresses in the main document or as an appendix?
I would also be grateful for the wording that needs to be included so that you can suspend CPO action should the owner takes positive action, but then enable you to continue the CPO at the point you left off, if the owner fails to continue his positive action? Many thanks for any assistance you may be able to offer.
