Proposed changes to NAEPP Constitution
The Executive Committee is putting forward for approval by the AGM amendments to the Constitution. These amendments reflect the experience gathered over the last 3 years since the last revision to the Constitution. There is a brief review of the key changes at the end of the document.
The formal proposal to be considered by the AGM is as follows:
"To approve the revisions to the Constitution as shown in the attached document entitled "NAEPP Constitution, May 2010 Draft 1".
To commnent on the changes simply use the reply/comment feature of the website.
Please wait before voting, in case any discussion throws up any proposals for amendments.
The proposal is to allow discussion until the end of this week (Friday, 14th May), with voting to be completed by the end of the following week (Friday, 21st May).

There have been no proposed amendments or other comments on the above draft, so the proposal is being put to the vote in its original form.
All members eligible to vote should have been sent an email askng them to reply, with "YES" or "NO" at the beginning of the subject line.
Voting is due to finish by 14:00 on May 25th 2010.
