RSL as managing agent for EDMO's
I am the empty homes officer at Newcastle-Under-Lyme Borough Council. I am currently in the middle of trying to agree a managing contract with a local RSL for managing properties subject to an EDMO. The RSL in question seem to think they will retain the majority of the rent. I was wondering if anyone else had used an RSL to manage properties subject to EDMO's and what percentage of the rent they charged for managing the properties? thanks - alison
