I am in the process of writing contact letters for EP owners and would like to see a few examples of letters that have been successfully sent to people when authorities are considering enforcement action. I have a couple of examples from colleagues in neighbouring boroughs in London but would like to cast my eye over any other examples that you have used. They do not have to be specifically about enforced sale, but I am looking at that as a preferred route for enforcement.
