Cabinet report for CPO

Has anyone recently done a CPO with a report to their Cabinet that they would be willing to share please. No one at out LA (in any department) seem to have been involved in one previously so would be grateful of any tried and tested reports as a base.

CPO report

Hi Deborah

I can send you a s17 CPO report . We report to Exec members frequently (slightly different structure) on individual CPO's so hopefully it will contain everything you need.
