The CTax Class G Exemption applies to unoccupied dwellings where occupation is prohibted by law.
What are the 'laws' that are 'prohibit occupation" for Class G? We've a Building Act dangerous structure case that's creating waves at the mo. The owner asserts that the notice prohibits occupation, but it doesn't seem to. Most of our Class G's arise from HA2004 Prohibition Orders. We've one caused by Planning Conditions. And another under ASB,C,P Act closure order.
