I am looking to put together a standard letter that can be sent out to empty home owners in our area.
It wont be a letter in response to a complaint it will be a letter that can be used for all empty home owners in a specific area. It will contain the standard information about our empty homes Refurb and Rent financial assistance scheme and about our enforcement options if properties have a negative impact on neighbours or the amenity of the area. What else are people including in their standard empty homes letters? Is anyone happy to share their letters with me?
